Citizens of Washington voted to legalize marijuana four years ago, and the regulated market has been up and running for two and a half years. But during this time, Washington still hasn't caught up with states like Oregon, Colorado, and California in one way: delivery. Marijuana cannot be legally delivered for recreational or medical use in the state of Washington.
